How I think…
Most organizations don't struggle because they lack expertise. They struggle because expertise is difficult to communicate.
I've spent more than two decades helping organizations make sense of complexity—finding the ideas that matter, building the narratives around them, and communicating them in ways people can understand, trust, and act on.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, research, and systems thinking. I enjoy stepping into unfamiliar domains, learning quickly, connecting ideas across disciplines, and translating complexity into clarity. Over the course of my career, I've worked with startups, universities, innovation ecosystems, consultancies, and technology organizations, helping founders, executives, researchers, and subject matter experts explain not only what they do, but why it matters.
Today, much of my thinking focuses on generative AI and the future of knowledge work: how AI changes writing, research, expertise, creativity, organizational learning, brand systems, and the way humans make decisions.
My current research explores AI-assisted communication, organizational adoption, the future of knowledge work, and how brands can preserve coherence and trust as AI becomes part of everyday creative and knowledge workflows.
